The acting leaders of the clan. Handles all in-game guild operations. Handles guild finances and the paypal account. All major events within the clan are reported to senior leadership. Senior leadership are also responsible for rank advancement and termination of guild members. They also approve recruits and assign guild leadership for specific games.
Leadership
Responsible for maintaining order within the lower ranks. Leadership act as commanders in absence of senior leadership but don't make important guild decisions on their own. They are asked for input on decisions. Leadership often changes with each game the guild plays, it depends on leadership skills and how active they are in game. Leadership are next in line for a Senior leadership position if one becomes available.
Senior Members
Although Senior Members maintain authority over Members and Recruits, the primary responsibility of Senior Members is fighting battles, defending the clans name, and the protection and assitance of Members and Recruits. Senior Members are long time clan members who have shown loyalty, leadership and strong teamwork. They show the newer members the ropes of what it means to be a GoD.
Members
They are basic clan members who have passed the probation period and have been approved by Senior Leadership to become full members. After being active in the guild and being accepted by a majority of members, members can be promoted up to Senior Members after being a basic member for at least six months.
Recruits
Recruits are responsible for showing effort, skill and team work before being granted the rank of Member. Recruits must be sponsored by a senior member or higher. Senior Leadership can either accept or decline the sponsorship. After being a recruit for at least three months the recruit can be promoted to basic member if approved by senior leadership.
