To register your nickname on SorceryNet, type the following in your status window

Now the quick and easy way to join IRC is a thing called auto perform. Each line represents a command that you in turn perform when you connect to the network. I have a screenshot of what mine looks like (passwords have been edited). All you need to do is put your nick password and channel passwords and you are all set.

Go to your mIRC Options:

Under Connect -> Options, click the Perform button:

Check the Enable Perform on Connect checkbox, and click the Add button:

Select SorceryNet from the list, click OK:

Add the following lines in the image below, and click OK:

Ventrilo is another mandatory form of communication that the guild uses. Download the client from here.

After you have installed the Ventrilo client, speak with a current GoD member for the connection information.
